      Oda Nobunaga is described as a ruthless, evil ruler who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. His officers are but mere pawns to him, and will go to any length to get what he wants. This makes him a very Machiavellian character.

      Oda Nobunaga (June 23, 1534 – June 21, 1582) was the initiator of the unification of Japan under the rule of the Shōgun in the late Sixteenth Century, a rule that ended with the opening of Japan to the Western world in 1868. He was also a major daimyo during the Sengoku period of Japanese history. His opus was continued, completed and finalized by his successors Toyotomi Hideyoshi and Tokugawa Ieyasu.

You can use MO ,NMM , Vortex and Manual Install. Manual? Just extract this file into "Data" folder in your skyrim dierctory.

Simple way to summon with AIM (additemmenu) and select new .esp at the bottom when pop up showing.
