      Masato Kusaka (草加 雅人 Kusaka Masato) was a member of Ryusei School who was capable of wearing the Kaixa Gear without disintegrating afterwards and the Gear's primary wearer as Kamen Rider Kaixa (仮面ライダーカイザ Kamen Raidā Kaiza, Masked Rider Kaixa).

You can use MO ,NMM , Vortex and Manual Install. Manual? Just extract this file into "Data" folder in your skyrim dierctory.

Simple way to summon with AIM (additemmenu) and select new .esp at the bottom when pop up showing.
